Notes:

·       have more ice breaker games planned so JCs don’t rely on kids to provide games.

·       icebreaker could have been better if it forced us to have more conversaions instead of just trading papers

·       icebreaker was pointless- everyone was racing to get names and not getting to know each other

·       more time so everyone can complete Proudest in the first night

·       MAD didn’t feel comfortable- didn’t come up with any solutions and didn’t make me feel better about the problems

·       rethink MAD sessions

·       team time is what I enjoy nd benefit from the most

·       I feel like [the rev] didn't know what he was trying to tell us

·       I didn't really get anything out of the Rev because I didn't understand the point he was trying to make

·       I wish our MAD groups were more interactive

·       dissappointed with both speakers

·       the Rev made me uncomfortable

·       thought the Rev was great but didn't get the point/MAD group was the highlight of the week & I didn't realize how much I needed it until I was in it.

·       take test for colors and ideal day was confusing

·       have more bonding experiences with people of other teams

·       really liked the Scene It idea

·       MAD group was incredible, it led me to new heights I never imagined I could reach

·       Rev goofed around too much, needs to focus more on the point

·       Rev so enthusiastic he lost the message

·       Rev too in your face and difficult to understand

·       Rev was too hard to follow, more of a motivator than a speaker, needs improvement

·       introduce the four way test on the first night

·       Mike had a good story but was boring

·       Topics were diverse, and gave everyone a sense of belonging. (all conference)

·       All conference was a pity party.

·       Wished Mike's message was clearer and more focused towards leadership.

·       Mike took too long on his story.

·       Mike had no point.

·       Mike's message was prolongued

·       talent show was too long

·       limit talent show slots

·       T Jumping got the lowest scores

·       Egg spooning didn’t do great either
