Jan, 2012 Treasurer’s Report
Enclosed are the financial reports for 12/31/2011 in the form of an excel spreadsheet. The tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet can be viewed or printed out, whichever you prefer. As this is the 2012 conference prep time, there was not a lot of financial activity. There are comments on the Statement of Position (Balance Sheet) and Statement of Activities (Income Statement) line items for items that are not obvious…such as a change in facility deposits and donations received since the last report.
Even though the last report was in October, I am trying to get back on a regular quarterly basis so the Statements of Activity, total and by conference, are for the October-December quarter. I presume the reports will be on the website shortly.
