Heather Amen, Rolo, and Jim met on October 10, 2010 to take the work that Kelly did to see what we could do to put it into a statement of what RMRYLA has become in 2015. I will say that it was not an easy task. Everyone who has attended RYLA or YRYLA have a very passionate perspective about what RYLA or YRYLA is and what it should be in the future. It was Rolo who kept us working on a statement that reflected the words and ideas that came from the session in September. We hope that it reflects exactly that. WE believe that this is a good place to start from in order to set goals and find ways to reach them. The board has a big job in front of us and one that is exciting!

RM RYLA is recognized for creating youth leadership conferences.

RM RYLA produces these events for and by a diverse population of youth through collaboration with Rotarians.

RM RYLA expands and improves its impact using current and effective programming, training, and methods of evaluation.

RM RYLA employs consistent guidelines when selecting participants, staff, and board members.

RM RYLA continually increases its participant capacity and Rotary involvement, and engages an active alumni network.
